At PeekAPaw Pet Supplies, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn pet apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are free of pet hair and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, hair-free items back in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
